Team Wildwoods is proud to announce their participation as an
Official Charity of the 2010 Honda Los Angeles Marathon & NPN 5K
March 20 & 21 at Dodger Stadium.
The LA Marathon is a world-class sporting event that celebrates the best of Los Angeles. And it's a great way to help get the word out about the work that we do.
To mark the 25th anniversary, the LA Marathon unveils a dramatic new course this year with the well-deserved title “Stadium to the Sea,” running from Dodger Stadium to the Santa Monica Pier and through iconic neighborhoods and landmarks like Sunset Strip, Rodeo Drive and Hollywood Blvd.
This year's LA Marathon also marks the largest expected participation in its history with 25,000 runners taking to the streets of Los Angeles for this scenic cross-town run, taking off from Dodger Stadium at 7:20 a.m. on Sunday, March 21.
On the day before, Team Wildwoods will run in the NPN 5K Run/Walk at Dodger Stadium, 8:00 a.m. Saturday, March 20.Participation in the 5K Run/Walk is open to the whole family and it's easy to join online.
Registration is a two-step process.

You can register in person at the LA Marathon Expo at Dodger Stadium, Friday March 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 8 p.m and Saturday March 20 from 9 a.m to 6 p.m. Plus, 5K participants can even register on the morning of the event.

Runners can run to support the Wildwoods Foundation in general or they can designate that their efforts go to benefit their neighborhood school and secure funds to bring Full Circle and other programs to their campus.
A note about registration fees and Official Charity status: The LA Marathon retains all fees. The Wildwoods Foundation receives NO money from the LA Marathon.Being an “Official Charity” means that the LA Marathon allows us to participate in the event as a fundraising campaign. Our participants and volunteers deserve all the credit for generating the sponsorship and support for the Wildwoods Foundation.
