  • Run Wild with Team Wildwoods
    Team Wildwoods is proud to announce their participation as an Official Charity of the 2010 Honda Los Angeles Marathon & NPN 5K, March 20 & 21.
  • Silver Lake Leaders Support Full Circle
    On Wednesday, October 7th the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council joined with Los Angeles City Council President Eric Garcetti and Los Angeles City Councilmember Tom LaBonge to support the Wildwoods Foundation's Full Circle program in Silver Lake schools.
  • REI Supports Wildwoods
    REI is once again supporting the work of the Wildwoods Foundation with a grant to help fund the Full Circle program for elementary school classes.
  • New Wildwoods Board Leadership
    At the annual meeting of the Wildwoods Foundation Administrative Board on July 27, new board officers were elected.
  • Full Circle Students Plant Echo Park Trees
    As their culminating service project for the Wildwoods Foundation's Full Circle program, Mr. Powels' fifth-grade class at Clifford Street Elementary School is planting trees in the neighborhood surrounding the school.
  • Full Circle Students Help Fire Victims
    As their culminating service project for Full Circle the sixth-grade at Micheltorena Elementary School is holding a collection drive for the victims of the recent Southern California fires.
  • Wildwoods at Kidspace
    On Sunday, July 19th Wildwoods Foundation Executive Director Dwain Wilson will be the visiting naturalist at the Kidspace Children’s Museum in Pasadena.
  • Tribes: a Wildwoods family day camp
    The Wildwoods Foundation launches Tribes: a Wildwoods family day camp at Vista Hermosa Park in downtown Los Angeles.
  • Web of Our World
    Web of Our World is the online learning component of our Full Circle program serving elementary schools in Los Angeles.
  • Wildwoods and the GreyBird Foundation
    The GreyBird Foundation, founded by the band the Counting Crows, has invited the Wildwoods Foundation to be a part of their community outreach efforts during their current tour.
  • Full Circle Students' Host Green Fair
    As their culminating service project for Full Circle, the sixth grade at Micheltorena Elementary School organized an Earth Day "Green Fair."
