Full Circle Students Help Fire Victims
As their culminating service project for the Wildwoods Foundation's Full Circle program, Ms. Monges' sixth-grade class at Micheltorena Elementary School is holding a collection drive to help the victims of the recent Southern California fires.
Micheltorena Elementary School will serve as a collection point for donations.
Micheltorena Elementary is located at 1511 Micheltorena St.
at the corner of Sunset Blvd. in Silver Lake.
The school will be open for donation drop-off
Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Items especially needed are new to lightly-used clothes, food and small household items as well as pet supplies and pet food. Also needed are toys, gifts and decorations for the upcoming holidays.
Any large household items (furniture and appliances) should be delivered directly to Goodwill Industries, such as the one located at 4575 Hollywood Blvd.
